Launched in the year 2009, we have demonstrated consistent performance and profitability. Our stability also stems from our proven reliability with long-standing customer relationships spanning several years.
At SCS, the product is our passion. We love building products for our customers. Products that are not built for the market, but for you. Team
Sudhir Krishna. S, Founder and Director
Sudhir is the Co-founder and CEO and has over 20 years of industry experience. At SCS, he led the team that has developed the Mission Happiness Portal at Madura F&L, ABRL, Pantaloons, UltraTech and ABFS. He also serves as the CTO on the board of several companies.
He has held various product development responsibilities during his 12+ years at SAP. In his last role as Vice President of SAP’s NetWeaver Mobile Platform, Sudhir has set and delivered on the mobile strategy for SAP. He was the pivotal touch-point for strengthening the Technology Development team while building the SAP NetWeaver brand within SAP Labs India. With several years of experience in product development, Sudhir has in-depth knowledge of managing globally distributed development teams, customers, partners and stakeholders across EMEA and APAC regions.
Sudhir received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and holds a Diploma in Advanced Computing from Center for Development of Advanced Computing and Executive management program from IIM Bangalore and INSEAD Singapore. He has 3 US patents awarded and his vision sets the growth at SCS.
Venkat Srinivas Seshasai, Co-Founder and Director
Seshasai V S is the Co-Founder and Director and leads the product development at SCS. He led the development of mission-critical software products including CRM & Enterprise mobile platforms. Sai drives product strategy and manages multidisciplinary teams. He is a post-graduate from IIT Madras.
Prior to starting out as an entrepreneur, he has been a senior executive with 22 years of IT industry experience, most recently as a VP at SAP. He co-founded a medical device company and built a partner ecosystem, facilitated tie-ups for technology access, and obtained a commitment for seed funding from an Indian pharma major.
He has spearheaded an acquisition for SAP in the area of Business Rules. Sai has provided technical consultancy for HR implementation of SAP SuccessFactors at Myntra. Sai has filed for 2 patents and Co-Authored the book “Developing Mobile Applications Using SAP Netweaver Mobile”. Sai’s eye for detail and process sets the delivery efficiency at SCS.

Nikhil Pathak, Head – Digital Transformation
Nikhil is one of our most experienced customer facing leader responsible for establishing direct & partner sales function. His professional career abounds with twists. No matter whether he was handling operations with CTS, developing software with Nokia or managing business development, sales & marketing with start-ups as head of sales then on, he has always been focused on solving problems that could make people ‘smile’. He loves learning about customer expectations, analysing their needs thoroughly and finding an optimal way to transform their business using Custom SaaS solutions powered by low-code.
He is an experienced business manager and market development leader with 8 years of experience primarily in business development, client relationship management, growth consulting, change management & marketing in a B2B environment for SaaS solutions inline with concepts of DPA, BPA, RPA, ML, AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, etc. He also has a strong experience in manufacturing.
In his free time, he loves to play basketball, e-sports, cycle amidst nature or be lost in the tune of music preparing towards bigger challenges.
